Micki $miles is a dynamic creole-country recording artist, composer, and musician with roots in Trinidad, Kentucky, and the USVI. Born on the island of Saint Thomas, Micki began performing on stage at the tender age of 4, in front of 2,000 people attending a music conference in Pennsylvania. Even at this gentle point in Micki’s youth, their performance was entirely captivating, earning their first standing ovation. Micki learned to play the piano at 6, guitar at 8, and drums/bass guitar at 10. As a direct descendent of the Godfather of Soul-James Brown…Micki was born to set the stage to bring a unique sound to the world. As a self taught artist this, soul-child fell in love with Rock music. Micki began songwriting at 10 years old and recorded their first studio single “Breathless” at 15 in the West Indies. 12 years later, Micki would open for famous singer/songwriter Lauryn Hill at the 2015 Tobago Jazz Festival. Fast forwarding to 2023, Micki released their first 6-track EP ‘Inclusion’ publically, and in 2024 began working with grammy-award winning music producer The Real BarNone, iM1 studios, Universal Music Group, and Sony BMG advisors. This team of trailblazing production powerhouses helped Micki produce her first industry standard billboard single, to be released in Spring 2025. Micki’s band will embark on a 13-city tour across various regions of the East Coast in 2025. This song bird is collaborating with several industry artists, in preparation for the Billboard roll-out.
